For a spectacular site previously occupied by a well-known restaurant that was demolished in the early 2000’s, we were engaged by our client to develop plans and successfully achieve Planning Permission for a new building.

The site is located in the London Borough of Westminster on Grosvenor Road adjacent to the River Thames and is within the Dolphin Square vicinity where it the borders the Pimlico Conservation area as outlined by Westminster City Council. 135 Grosvenor Road enjoys 360 degree views of greenery as well as views of the new landmark schemes that are currently being built such as the American Embassy and Battersea Power Station.

We successfully achieved planning permission including approval for an additional floor at roof level.
